About the role We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will combine application support, data analysis and reporting with direct cooperation with business stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to test and evaluate new tools and technologies through Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives. What you will do Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI , working with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into solutions. Support and maintain business applications, troubleshoot issues and help identify solutions to incidents, problems and change requests.
