As a System Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting mission-critical platforms, solving complex issues, and shaping how we scale our products. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues across channels with precision, clarity, and empathy. Collaborate with developers to investigate, escalate, and follow through on technical problems. Proactively log, tag, and track issues—identifying root causes and documenting solutions. Provide configuration guidance and best practices to both internal teams and clients. Join client meetings to clarify technical setups, cloud, and security concerns. Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation, including setup guides, troubleshooting tips, and compliance materials. Contribute ideas to improve team workflows, reduce manual steps, and automate where possible.
