Описание

You will lead the creation and curation of trilingual digital content experiences across mobile and web platforms. Working closely with UX designers, business stakeholders, and AI tools, you will shape intuitive user journeys, establish scalable content frameworks, and integrate GenAI technology to drive digital engagement and operational efficiency across banking channels. Responsibilities Craft trilingual digital content in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese aligned with brand strategy. Partner with UX designers in Figma to structure information flow, wireframes, and UI microcopy. Develop GenAI content models, use cases, and governance workflows to enhance content creation efficiency. Establish scalable content frameworks, templates, and guidelines across all digital platforms. Present strategic content concepts and user journey impact to cross-functional business stakeholders. Optimize UI copy continuously using data analytics, user testing feedback, and performance insights. Requirements Degree in Communications, Design, Journalism, Languages, Digital Media, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or digital content strategy. Hands-on proficiency with product and collaboration tools including Figma, JIRA, and Confluence. Strong understanding of UX principles with a portfolio demonstrating digital content curation. Demonstrated capability in applying AI tools and data insights to refine content workflows. Exc
