Accountabilities - You will lead the technical delivery team, balancing people management with oversight of Google Workspace migration projects. Your responsibilities will include: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members, providing mentorship, active listening, and constructive feedback. - Develop and maintain individual development plans (IDPs), career paths, and clear progression goals for technical professionals. - Monitor team performance and identify training needs, coordinating with the Tech Lead on technical development, including Google Cloud certifications, scripting, and migration tools. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages psychological safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Oversee complex email and file migrations from platforms such as Exchange, Office 365, and Zimbra to Google Workspace. - Ensure the team correctly implements security, network, and domain configurations, including DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. - Remove operational and technical blockers, escalating complex issues to the Tech Lead when necessary. - Perform sample-based quality audits before customer go-live to minimize critical errors and rework. - Manage team capacity and resource allocation, matching assignments to each professional's experience and development goals. - Monitor project schedules and scope, ensuring the team has the resources and conditions needed to deliver on time. - Maintain a skills matrix, individual development plans, migration progre
