Your role As a Lead Learning Architect, you will shape the future of workforce capability development by designing and governing enterprise learning architectures aligned with business priorities. Acting as a strategic advisor and people leader, you will drive innovative, learner-centric solutions that support business transformation, capability growth, and measurable performance outcomes while leading a team of Learning Architects across a diverse portfolio of programmes. Your tasks Define and implement learning architectures aligned with business and capability strategies. Lead the design of scalable learning journeys, academies, and development pathways. Manage and prioritize learning design demand across multiple programmes and stakeholders. Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Learning Architects while ensuring design excellence. Facilitate discovery workshops and collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and delivery teams. Establish and maintain learning design standards, governance, and quality assurance practices.
