Description: Onsite interview will be required. Daily working hours: 4pm-12 AM ET, + on call weekend support. Remote role however per the client, looking for a candidate that would be within driving distance to Boston. Our client seeks a Technical Operational Support Engineer to join the Blockchain Incubator Team. The role spans operations and engineering to build a support model, tools, and documentation that maintain stability for emerging Web3 applications. The position requires coverage from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM ET on weekdays with on-call participation on weekends and holidays. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Proactively monitor production systems supporting Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and other public blockchain solutions. Act as first-line responder for off-hours incidents, leveraging software development knowledge to diagnose and drive resolution. Partner with business teams to understand use cases and collaborate with Core Development to improve serviceability and stability.
