HR GENERALIST RESPONSIBILITIES: Counsel a small client group (150-200 employees) Partner with HRBPs and coordinators to identify department needs, recommend changes, and implement improvements Partner with broader HR team in the creation of, documentation, and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and processes Respond to day-to-day employee inquiries, questions and complaints Facilitate internal transfers, oversee and facilitate promotion opportunities, conduct exit interviews, and identify trends to support retention, career development, and to minimize risk for the business Provide operational guidance, information, and direction on low-risk employee relations issues, performance management, and other core HR functions Counsel and assist employees and managers, guided by the Company’s policies and relevant laws/regulations Work with front-line managers and above to implement key HR recommendations and change efforts Develop and co-lead HR projects with broader HR team Train new HR team members in SpaceX’s systems, processes, and policies BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree 6+ months as a SpaceX HR Coordinator or 1+ years of professional human resources experience &
