**Job Title:** Marketing & CS Specialist (Remote, Part-Time) **Company:** Vision Coding Academy \[Education\] **Type:** Contract (3 months) and opportunity to become full-time **Start Date:** June 1st, 2025 | **Experience:** 1\~5 years of Experience **📍 100% Remo**te * Drive digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement. * Support leadership in shaping and executing marketing strategies. * Perform market research and competitor analysis. * Design impactful visuals and content using Canva or similar tools. * Lead Generation / Cold Callings and Emailing * Communicate with clients and partners across Korea, Canada, and the USA. **What We’re Looking For:** * A proactive and creative marketer who drives results. * Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset. * A collaborative team player who thrives in a flexible, remote environment. * An outside-the-box thinker who dares to test new ideas and break away from conventional marketing. **Qualifications:** * Fluent in English or Korean (both is a plus). * Skilled in Canva or similar content creation tools. * 1+ year in marketing/customer service **OR** a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field. ). * Interest or experience in the tech/education space is a bonus. **What We Offer:** * 100% Remote (WFH) * Flexible hours (to be discussed) * Career growth in a fast-scaling global company * Creative ownership of marketing campaigns * Opportunities to travel to Korea and/or Canada * Experience in EdTech and international markets **Compensation:** * **200 - 400 USD a month** \+ **Commission** \+ **Performance Bonuses** * **3-month probation period** apply via [[email]](mailto:[email])
