Required skills: - 3+ years of experience - Deep practical experience working with pure Asterisk - Experience building and supporting fintech VoIP systems - Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, NAT, QoS - Experience working with SIP trunks - Setting up IVR, queues (Queues), skill-based routing, overflow, fallback - Experience recording calls and working with CDR / CEL - Linux (RHEL / Debian), working with servers in production - Experience in recording and parsing dumps, ability to work with Wireshark, Sngrep, Homer - Troubleshooting training, log parsing. - Experience in configuring Iptables, Fail2Ban. - Experience integrating Asterisk with CRM, billing, API - Skills working with SQL, ODBC drivers. - Ability to write scripts in Bash, Python. - Experience with AMI / ARI (integration with backend systems) - Experience with PHP will be an advantage.
