Overview: Databricks is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance PMO and Operations, with a specialized focus on FP&A. You will be responsible for driving organization, transformation, innovation, and operational efficiency at scale, as well as managing key programs across global Finance teams within the CFO organization and with our cross-functional stakeholders. You will interface with leadership to ensure transparency and visibility into our programs and projects. ) and partners within the broader CFO org. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, People, Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, and Pricing. You will own project and program management, including OKR setting, process optimization, transformation roadmaps, and organizational management and communications on behalf of the FP&A team. Your passion should be collaborating with FP&A and other cross-functional partners to drive programs for efficiency and transformative change across the Finance organization. The ability to plan and execute effectively while collaborating across teams and locations will be key to success in this role. In this role, you will remove friction for the Finance team by developing organization-wide standards, leading programs, including communications, reporting, and metrics, optimizing processes, and driving technology improvements.
