What You Will Do Own end-to-end implementations with enterprise customers, from kickoff through production, working through whatever obstacles come up along the way. Understand customer pain points deeply and translate them into concrete product solutions, feeding signal back to engineering and product teams. Build internal tools and processes that drive efficiency and scalability across the FDE function. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including GTM, product, and core engineering to deliver large-scale projects with cross-team dependencies. Run on-site workshops, discovery sessions, and technical enablement with enterprise customers. Maintain and operate solutions at high scale, ensuring the highest levels of security and reliability for customer deployments. Implement identity synchronization and lifecycle management solutions using SCIM, SSO, SAML, and other enterprise standards.
