Thermal Works LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Writer & Product Engineer to join our team, working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, and Service teams, supporting documentation needs from product development through submittal creation, manufacturing, installation, and field support. The Technical Writer & Product Engineer will own the creation, release, and configuration alignment of technical documentation for complex HVAC and thermal systems used in data center applications. Â The ideal candidate combines strong technical writing skills with practical knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, manufacturing environments, construction workflows, and document/configuration control. Thermal Works values efficiency and strives to maintain smooth operations.
