You will be the senior technical leader for a set of strategic public sector accounts in Japan, using your executive‑level technical credibility and government expertise to shape and execute their data and AI strategy. Reporting to: Director, Field Engineering, Japan The impact you will have Own technical strategy for key Japan public sector customers, defining the target architecture and roadmap for their Databricks‑based data and AI platform. , citizen 360 and eligibility, program analytics, smart infrastructure, cybersecurity, fraud/waste/abuse). Design for security and compliance , ensuring architectures meet public sector expectations on data residency, access control, governance, and auditability. Turn pilots into platforms , linking Databricks to visible mission outcomes and using those wins to drive expansion across bureaus, departments, and levels of government.
