About the Role: Databricks is seeking a qualified Attorney to join Databricks growing commercial legal team. You will be the first attorney hired to provide direct legal support to our growing commercial business in the Latin America (LatAM) region. , AI Terms). You have a minimum of 4+ years of relevant commercial legal transactional experience with direct experience operating in the LatAM region. You have meaningful experience negotiating complex SaaS commercial transactions and strong knowledge/experience counseling on legal issues related to data privacy, information security, artificial intelligence, and intellectual property, including open source software. What You Will Do Negotiate, draft, and close MCSAs with LatAM prospects and customers, ensuring compliance with data privacy, information security, and regulatory requirements.
