We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Global Benefits to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of our benefits programs across 20+ countries and growing. This role will ensure our global benefits strategy is competitive, compliant, and aligned with our people and business goals, supporting a diverse and distributed workforce. You will play a critical role in shaping how we support employees globally—ensuring our benefits programs are inclusive, competitive, and scalable as we continue to grow across new markets. What You’ll Do Define and lead the global benefits strategy across all regions, ensuring alignment with company growth and talent priorities Design, implement, and scale benefits programs (health, wellness, retirement, time off, and perks) that are locally relevant and globally consistent Oversee global benefits operations, including vendor selection, broker management, renewals, and program administration Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations, tax requirements, and reporting obligations across all markets Partner with Finance and People teams to manage benefits budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization Evaluate and benchmark programs to ensure competitiveness in each market while maintaining internal equity &
