Our Advocacy team is central to this mission—empowering our users through engaging content, meaningful interactions, and genuine advocacy. This Advocate would focus on supporting public sector organizations as they modernize how they design, build, and collaborate, partnering closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. You’ll bring deep design expertise, authentic storytelling, and a genuine love for the design community into our go‑to‑market strategies, while championing our users’ voices internally to help shape product evolution. This role is available remotely in the Washington, DC Metro Area, and reports directly to the Advocacy Manager. What you’ll do at Figma: Empower users at scale: Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams to enable federal, state, and local government customers to unlock the full potential of Figma in regulated environments Create compelling content: Develop engaging written and video resources tailored to governmental needs, including guidance on design systems, collaboration, and modern delivery practices Inspire community connections: Build meaningful relationships across the Figma communit
