We are looking to grow our Procurement team and are hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager to support our growing purchasing needs. This role will be responsible for supporting several departments and will be at the nexus of all supplier engagement activities - including stakeholder relationship management, purchasing planning and negotiations/contracting. We are looking for a category expert who can cover the spend (focused on technology) incurred across all departments including Engineering, IT, Sales & Marketing as well as G&A functions. This role will report to the Director of Procurement and would be a great fit for someone that thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing, and high energy environment, and are looking for opportunities to learn and grow. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you’ll do at Figma: Manage all purchasing needs for assigned departments Work with department managers and Strategic Finance to anticipate, plan and forecast purchasing needs for assigned departments Work with department managers to develop accurate scopes of work, including service specifications and any negotiated terms Lead all supplier engagement processes including conducting vendo
