The Area: Gemini App The Gemini App is at the forefront of the AI revolution, bringing helpful, generative AI experiences to users across the globe. We are seeking a visionary Design Leader to lead the strategy that will define the future of our product. The Role As a leader, you will use your UX expertise to innovate and push the bounds of what the Gemini App can be for our customers. Your passion for design and obsession with craft and quality are infectious, and your creative perspective is informed by a deep awareness of cultural, aesthetic, and artistic trends. The Growth & Discovery Lead is responsible for the "First Mile" of the user journey. Your mission is to solve the "blank page" problem—ensuring that every user who downloads the Gemini app immediately discovers its value and integrates it into their daily life through intuitive onboarding and feature education. Key responsibilities Onboarding Excellence: Own the end-to-end mobile onboarding flow. You will ruthlessly eliminate friction, ensuring users reach their first "Aha!"
