We’re looking for a highly creative, entrepreneurial, and organized Sr. Manager, Startup & Ventures Marketing to expand MongoDB’s AI-native marketing strategy and strengthen our presence across the startup and VC ecosystem in London. This role combines strategy and execution, with a focus on ecosystem engagement, community building, and scalable startup programming. You will help strengthen MongoDB’s presence among high-growth, venture-backed startups across London by building relationships with founders, venture capital firms, accelerators, and startup communities. In partnership with the broader startup marketing team, you will design and execute programs, events, and partnerships that increase awareness, adoption, and long-term affinity for MongoDB within the startup ecosystem. As a regional representative for MongoDB, you will support the planning and delivery of startup-focused initiatives such as hackathons, demo nights, founder dinners, and conference-adjacent activations. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, community, events, and content, and requires someone who is equally comfortable shaping ideas and driving hands-on execution.
