CUSTOMER INTEGRITY & THREAT DETECTION ANALYST (STARLINK) At SpaceX, we are committed to ensuring the service remains a force for good and sustains trust worldwide: both connecting the unconnected and executing thorough processes to detect and prevent misuse by illicit operators. We are looking for an experienced professional to detect, disrupt, and investigate potential misuse of the service—including proactively combating and deterring illicit operators. This person must strike the careful balance of safeguarding customer information and privacy while applying enforcement measures and executing with an even-handed approach, avoiding overreach and disproportionate collateral impacts. RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks Develop technical detection and mitigation strategies React to investigate potential issues such as scams, fraud, and illicit goods/activities Partner with cross-functional teams and deepen our relationships with them Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations Execute with consideration for customer privacy, targeting activities of indisputable harm and avoiding overreach BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:</stron
