Description
CSQ126R20 Role Summary The Global Learning Operations & Transformation Manager is an enterprise operations leader responsible for modernizing and scaling the operating foundation that powers ENGAGE (Training Operations) globally. This role will establish and lead a Global Center of Excellence (CoE), driving AI-enabled operational transformation across Learning & Enablement (L&E) through scalable workflows, governance, automation, analytics, and operational discipline. The role is focused on improving how global systems, teams, and processes work together enabling ENGAGE to operate with greater predictability, visibility, efficiency, and commercial alignment across regions and programs. Why This Role Matters This is a transformation year for Learning & Enablement. As learner demand, partners, SKUs, and regional complexity continue to scale, traditional operating models are no longer sufficient. Success now requires scalable operating mechanisms, AI-enabled workflows, stronger governance, and clearer operational accountability across regions and programs. This role will help ENGAGE scale sustainably by: Improving operational efficiency and consistency Reducing manual dependency and operational friction Increasing visibility into demand, risk, and capacity Translating operational improvements into measurable business impact The role will help shape how Learning & Enablement operates in an increasingly AI-enabled environment.
