You are: A passionate agile practitioner, with an unquenchable thirst for learning and improving how work gets done. You have a strong grasp of Lean and Agile principles, practices, and frameworks, but are ultimately pragmatic and measured in your application. You have extensive experience as a Scrum Master applying agility in more traditional, project-oriented environments. You thrive in a collaborative, creative and productive team environment where ideas are freely exchanged, and innovative concepts evolve into practical solutions.
