You Are: The Oracle HCM Cloud Director will lead the delivery and program management of large, complex Oracle HCM modernization efforts while driving strategic alignment across clients, internal teams, and Oracle itself. You will be responsible for executing mission-critical solutions by incorporating modern development and integration techniques, while also fostering a strong, collaborative relationship with Oracle to ensure alignment with product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and pipeline development. You bring a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud —including key trends and challenges, and have experience migrating large organizations to the platform.
