The Rocket Motor Systems group designs, develops, and manufactures next-generation solid rocket motors for defense and space applications at Anduril. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Maintenance Engineer with an electrical focus to support and lead maintenance operations within a high-performance manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a certified electrician with strong industrial experience and working knowledge of HVAC systems who is ready to take on a leadership role. You will play a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational uptime across both production equipment and facility systems. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians and electricians Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including: 3-phase power (208V, 240V, 480V) Motors, VFDs, PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred) Control panels and instrumentation Maintain and improve critical production equipment such as mixers, dosing systems,
