Description

As Via’s Global Equity Compensation Administrator , you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our global equity programs. You’ll be the go-to expert for the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platform, overseeing plan administration, transactions, reporting, and troubleshooting—all while elevating the employee experience across the organization. Collaborating closely with Via’s People, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Tax, and IT teams, you’ll act as a trusted partner who enables data-driven decisions and seamless operations. With great judgment, attention to detail, and a process mindset, you’ll help shape an equity experience that aligns with Via’s mission What You’ll Do Manage daily operations of the company’s equity compensation programs (stock options, RSUs, ESPP, and other awards) using the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platform. Oversee and process all equity transactions, including grants, exercises, releases, and terminations. Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding equity awards, tax treatment, and use of the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE portal. Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, tax rules, and company policies. Partner with Legal, Tax, Payroll, and Accounting teams to reconcile data and reporting. Support Finance team with quarterly stock-based compensation reporting and other equity-based reporting as needed. Serve as the main liaison with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE to resolve system issues, implement upgrades, and coordinate ongoing plan enhancements.
