Description
As Via's Workday Solutions Architect , you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HRIS systems. You’ll be the go-to expert for Workday, overseeing system administration, configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting, all while supporting the employee experience across the organization. Collaborating closely with Via’s People, Payroll, and IT teams, you’ll act as a trusted partner who enables data-driven decisions and seamless People operations. With great judgment, attention to detail, and a focus on process, you’ll help shape an People systems experience that aligns with Via’s mission. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary administrator for Workday, managing configuration, security, business processes, integrations, and system updates. Develop, test, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making. Oversee system upgrades and releases, ensuring new features are tested, documented, and communicated to stakeholders. Provide Workday training and support to People team members, managers, and employees to maximize adoption and efficiency. Maintain data integrity through regular audits, monitoring, and troubleshooting of discrepancies. , payroll, benefits, recruiting tools) are accurate and secure.
