About the Team Our Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. The Ads Platform Strategy & Operations team is responsible for: 1) Driving sales and campaign lifecycle efficiency via automation and process optimization, 2) Building the platform foundation to help us scale, and 3) Creating simple self-serve tools for merchants to drive GMV growth.
About the Role We're looking for a senior builder and operator who is passionate about working across teams to develop systems, processes, and tools that will enable our advertising business to continue scaling through a period of hypergrowth. As the Director of Ads Platform Strategy & Operations, you will own the overall vision, strategy, and execution of all tools and systems that support our advertising business — with a particular emphasis on leveraging Gen AI to revolutionize how we sell, build, and optimize campaigns.
