AI Architect (LLM & AI Infrastructure) Join a leading IT and financial organization building next-generation AI infrastructure and enterprise AI assistants for large-scale business operations and digital transformation. 💰 What you’ll get: • Opportunity to work on enterprise-level AI projects • Direct impact on the company’s AI strategy • Modern AI stack: LLM, RAG, multi-agent systems • Strong engineering culture and collaborative team • Complex architectural and high-impact technical challenges • Opportunity to build AI infrastructure from the ground up • Modern office in Almaty 🤖 What you’ll do: • Design architecture for enterprise AI assistants and AI platforms • Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector search, and multi-agent systems • Build AI pipelines for data processing, training, and model operations • Develop infrastructure for fine-tuning and deployment of AI models • Implement observability: monitoring, logging, metrics, and reliability • Create evaluation pipelines and automated AI response quality systems • Collaborate with AI Engineers, MLOps, DataOps, and Product teams • Define architectural standards and engineering best practices ✅ What we expect: • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML • 2+ years in AI architecture or AI system design • Strong understanding of the LLM ecosystem and AI orchestration • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, n8n, or similar tools • Experience building RAG systems and working with vector databases • Strong Python skills and experience with REST/gRPC microservices • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar AI platforms • English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher ⭐ Nice to have: • Experience building AI assistants and multi-agent orchestration systems • Knowledge of RLHF / RLAIF approaches • Experience designing Data Lake and Feature Store solutions • Leadership experience managing AI teams or AI programs • Practical experience with LLM/VLM technologies 📩 Contact details: 📞 [phone]
