The work As a Release Train Engineer, you will be responsible for orchestrating and optimizing the flow of value across multiple Agile teams within the SAP environment. You will facilitate key Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure alignment between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams. Your role will involve tracking progress, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that releases are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Exposure to tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Agile project management platforms like Jira or Rally, and collaboration tools such as Confluence will be highly beneficial.
