Description

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Analyst on the Pricing & Monetization team to help shape how we deliver products and drive sustainable revenue growth. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, analytics, finance, and business operations, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify and translate ambiguous business problems into structured product recommendations. This position requires a driven self-starter who is able to communicate clearly and effectively with leadership and successfully juggle multiple priorities. You take tasks from start to finish, are able to deliver value quickly, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment. You are interested in both diving deep into product data and also extracting executive-level insights to drive strategic decision-making.
