ULTRA PRECISION MACHINING SPECIALIST (MACHINING) - LEVEL 4/5 As an Ultra Precision Machining Specialist, you will be responsible for developing precision machining cells to produce single-digit micron parts and production volumes. This is a unique and challenging opportunity to use world class equipment, fully utilize your technical skillset and experience, and work with some of the best and brightest in their fields. The scope of this team is to make the parts that other companies cannot and to continue to push the boundaries of what is possible to machine. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for scoping, developing, executing and automating precision machining processes using 3/4/5 axis mills, multi-axis turning centers and pallet systems Designing tooling, CAM programming, and working with machinists to prove out and bring up new product lines on tight timelines Proactively identify and address potential development/production blockers Bring development projects into production through defining and communicating manufacturing processes to production/engineering Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting defined processes while in production BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalency certificate 5+ years experience independently developin
