With a charge to uplevel Figma’s use of data, the team works alongside other Data Scientists and Engineering to identify ways to implement and democratize new statistical methods, build data frameworks, and incorporate data within Figma’s product development process. The team contributes to the company’s goals by collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and our finance team to uncover new opportunities, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements through data-driven insights. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
