WHAT YOU’LL DO Develop and Optimize IDCA Manufacturing Processes: Lead the full lifecycle of manufacturing process design, documentation, and continuous improvement for IDCAs, ensuring high quality and efficiency. Drive Production Capacity Growth: Strategize and implement initiatives to achieve a significant increase in production capacity.
