About the Role The People Ops Associate is the operational backbone of Inspiren's People function — the person who makes everything run. This role is deeply tactical by design: you'll own the day-to-day systems and processes that power our employee experience, from HRIS administration and onboarding workflows to benefits and compliance. Whether that's spotting a manual workflow that could be automated, identifying a process gap before it becomes a problem, or building scalable infrastructure that will outlast your first year — this role rewards initiative and operational creativity. What You’ll Do HRIS Administration: Own data integrity, system configuration, and reporting across our HRIS. Lead the upcoming HRIS implementation (May/June) and ensure clean, accurate records going forward. Onboarding & Offboarding: Run new hire onboarding end-to-end — documentation, systems
