As a Member Of Our Princess Team, All Heartists Are Valued And Recognized, The Same As Our Guests And Local Communities. #WeAreHamiltonPrincessJob DescriptionSummary of Responsibilities:Reporting to the Director of Laundry Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, engaging and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues to ensure an exceptional guest experienceEnsure laundry service required by our Guests is completed on timeEnsure all items for dry cleaning are correctly marked Check and test garments for color fasteningCheck for any damage on received laundry prior to dry cleaning process Refill chemicals, clean filters and service the machines as needed Operate dry cleaning machine and ensure a high standard of dry cleaning Load and unload dry cleaning machines with correct load amount Press all garments on steam press using shirt units as requiredWash, dry clean and press Colleagues uniformsChange p
