#vacancy #fintech #QA #Lead #limassol 🚀 QA Team Lead (FinTech) 📍 Cyprus (Relocation) 🏢 On-site 💰 from €6000 net We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead to join a growing FinTech product team in Cyprus. You will take ownership of QA processes, lead a team of engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery across backend and payment-related systems. 🔧 Responsibilities Lead and mentor a QA team, providing technical guidance and support Define and improve QA strategy, processes, and quality standards Coordinate testing across multiple projects and releases Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders Review and improve test documentation and test cases Drive backend and API testing (Postman, Swagger) Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues (Grafana, Kibana) Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and defect management Support automation and continuous QA improvements Ensure adherence to STLC and QA best practices ✅ Requirements 5+ years in software testing 2+ years in QA leadership roles Strong FinTech experience Solid API testing skills (Postman, Swagger) Experience with logs/monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana) Strong understanding of STLC and QA methodologies Experience with test documentation and release processes Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ➕ Nice to have Experience with payment systems gRPC / event-driven architecture testing Test automation experience Agile/Scrum experience Product mindset 🎁 What we offer Work on modern FinTech products Strong engineering culture Career growth and leadership opportunities Competitive compensation - from 6000 eur net Relocation support (flight, visa, 2 weeks accommodation) Flexible and collaborative environment 📩 If interested, apply or message us directly.
