As Design System Lead , you'll own how Torq's platform looks, feels, and behaves making it clear, consistent, and predictable. You'll build and evolve the design system that powers the entire product, to ensure what we ship is coherent, high-quality, and scalable. A key part of this role: making our design system AI coding agent-ready, so agents like Claude Code can accurately read our tokens and components and generate consistent UI reducing drift and rework across the team. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Own the Torq design system end-to-end: component library, design tokens, usage guidelines, Storybook, and documentation. Ensure consistency and excellence in design execution across every surface of the product. Build and maintain a Figma component library that stays in sync with the production codebase.
