We Are Hiring – Java + Databricks (Data & Analytics) (26 LPA) 📍 Location: Chennai 🕒 Shift: EST Support / Night Shift (Offshore Support) 💼 Experience Required: 4–6 Years 🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid / Work From Office 📅 Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional with strong experience in Java, Databricks, and Data & Analytics to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable applications, integrating enterprise systems, and supporting analytics platforms while working in an offshore model aligned with EST hours. Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java technologies. · Work extensively on Databricks for data engineering, transformation, and analytics solutions. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders. · Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. · Ensure high-quality coding standards, documentation, and best practices. · Support production environments during EST business hours. Required Skills · 4–6 years of IT experience in software development and data engineering. · Strong hands-on experience in: · Java / J2EE · Databricks · Data & Analytics · Good understanding of APIs, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms. · Experience working with SQL and large datasets. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. · Comfortable working in offshore EST support model. Preferred Skills · Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP. · Experience with Spark, Python, or data visualization tools is an added advantage. · Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
