To support this growth, we are strengthening our Solutions Assurance Team as part of the global Industry Solutions Team (IST), a flexible, globally distributed organization. Our mission is to position MongoDB as an optimized platform for AI‑enabled industry solutions and to deeply understand enterprise customers, their business context, and how they can modernize through artificial intelligence and data‑driven architectures. As a Senior Solutions Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of technology, integrations, and field enablement. You will own complex validation workstreams with partners, lead the technical strategy for key integrations with the MongoDB ecosystem, and translate deep technical findings into clear, outcome‑oriented guidance for internal and external stakeholders.
