Job Title: Senior Python Developer – Generative AI / LLM Experience Required: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Pune Work Mode: Work From Office Budget- Upto 17 LPA Job Description- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and LangChain framework. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing AI-powered applications, integrating LLMs, and building scalable backend systems using Python. The candidate will play a key role in developing intelligent AI solutions, automating workflows, and implementing advanced NLP and GenAI capabilities for enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and AI solutions. Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based applications using frameworks such as LangChain. Develop intelligent conversational AI systems, chatbots, document processing systems, and AI automation workflows. Work with APIs and AI models such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, or other LLM platforms. Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize model responses for performance and accuracy. Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector database integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, AI engineers, data scientists, and frontend developers. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Write reusable, testable, and efficient Python code following best development practices. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and Generative AI technologies. Required Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Python programming. Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Strong knowledge of LangChain framework. Experience with OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar AI platforms. Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI workflow optimization. Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Familiarity with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Weaviate. Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP. Knowledge of Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design. Preferred Skills: Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a plus. Familiarity with AI agents and autonomous workflows. Exposure to Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing concepts. Experience working with enterprise AI applications and chatbot solutions. Understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native application deployment.
