-API и integrations
-AI-assisted / agent-based development ( Strong)
практический опыт с Claude Code - обязателен практический опыт работы с Claude Code: настройка agent-based workflows, использование для генерации кода и code review
-ability to own technical decisions and delivery
-confident spoken English
