If this description doesn’t match your background exactly, but you’re a senior crypto-native engineer, we encourage you to apply—we may have other opportunities that are a better fit. **What We’re Looking For:** - 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years at the Staff or Principal level - Proven track record of building and shipping crypto-native systems—whether protocols, infra, or full-stack products - Deep expertise in system design, distributed systems, and production-grade architecture - Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional technical initiatives - Strong comfort operating in high-ambiguity, fast-paced startup environments - Bonus: contributed to open-source crypto projects or participated in core protocol engineering **About the Role(s):** Depending on the team, you could be: - Leading architecture and implementation of a new L1/L2, on-chain product, or zero-knowledge protocol - Building developer platforms, staking infra, or MEV-aware systems at scale - Driving technical strategy and roadmap for teams shipping complex crypto systems - Mentoring engineers and establishing an engineering culture at the earliest stages - Working directly with founders and research teams to push forward novel mechanisms or primitives Even if you don’t m
