Uniswap Labs is a core contributor to the Uniswap Protocol, the world’s largest DEX, with over $4 trillion in volume across 17 chains. It builds products that help millions access the protocol, including the Uniswap Web App, Wallet, and Trading API. Uniswap Labs is also the primary technical provider for Unichain, a DeFi-native Ethereum Layer 2 built to be the home for liquidity across chains. When you join Uniswap, you become part of a team that's reshaping the way value flows on the internet. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated frontend engineer to help us build the next generation of financial products. As a dedicated frontend hire, you will gain ownership over our existing suite of web products, as well as the ability to influence the creation, design, and execution of future products. You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across trading interfaces, data-heavy analytics pages, documentation portals and more. Responsibilities - Consistently produce high quality code and well thought out architecture docs - Manage large, impactful projects staffed with several engineers with minimal day-to-day assistance from more senior engineers or managers - Rapidly implement functional UI elements from design mocks, with an eye toward performance and accessibility and ensure that components are functional, elegant, and performant - Know when to create abstractions vs. one-off features Requirements - 5+ years of software engineering experience - A deep understanding of the architecture of modern client-side React/React Native applications - A desire to keep up with modern best practices in web development Nice to Have - Experience with Swift/Kotlin - Familiarity with the crypto features and concepts- candidates with no crypto experience are still welcome (encouraged!) to apply - Degree in computer science - Love for unicorns :) Minimum full-time salary of $180,000-$226,000.
