HRIS / ADP Workforce Now Administrator Company: Consensys Consensys is a leading blockchain and web3 software company (founder of MetaMask and Linea) building products and infrastructure that enable users, developers, and institutions to participate in the next generation of the internet. The team is fully remote and focused on scaling products and infrastructure used by millions of users and thousands of developers. Candidates based in France, Italy, or Germany cannot be considered for this role. Responsibilities: - Own day-to-day ADP Workforce Now configuration, security roles, workflows, custom fields, and system health. - Translate business requirements into end-to-end system solutions: configuration, testing, rollout, and adoption. - Manage product releases, integrations with payroll entities, benefits carriers, finance tools, and core HR platforms; monitor and troubleshoot data flows. - Maintain role-based access, enforce least-privilege standards, and produce SOX-ready access review evidence. - Lead HR systems and data projects, build process automations (including AI-assisted tools), and maintain runbooks and documentation. - Support cyclical operations (open enrollment, compensation cycles, payroll close, year-end) and manage vendor relationships and SLAs. Requirements: - Deep functional expertise in ADP Workforce Now as a hands-on administrator (configuration, reporting, security, troubleshooting). - 5+ years of progressive experience in HR systems administration, HRIS configuration, or HR technology operations. - Experience managing integrations (APIs and manual data flows), reporting/dashboards, data governance, and compliance/audit evidence (SOX). - Strong change management, documentation, training, and stakeholder enablement skills.
