You'll help shape the technical direction of our backend platform while delivering high-quality software, mentoring engineers, and driving architectural excellence. What You'll Do: Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Dropwizard) and related technologies Develop high-performance microservices, RESTful APIs, and service-to-service integrations for a highly available, distributed platform Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and asynchronous messaging Build resilient integrations with internal and third-party systems, ensuring reliability through retry handling, idempotency, monitoring, and operational support Define and evolve event contracts, payload schemas, API standards, v
