ABOUT US: Become a key contributor within our engineering enablement team, taking on a central role in building internal products for the organisation including:An Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to empower software teams.A central pipeline to enable the SLDC.An observability platform to give high value telemetry.An Infrastructure platform to host the organisations workloads through containers.We’re seeking someone with a preferably software engineering background who understands developer workflows, is passionate about automation, and thrives on making complex systems accessible and reliable for all. THE CHALLENGE:Work alongside development teams to design, automate, and scale resilient infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines optimized for rapid, secure delivery.Develop reusable frameworks and abstractions that remove friction in deploying, running, and monitoring services — enabling developers to focus on creating outstanding products.Drive the adoption of engineering best practices by mentoring peers, shaping standards, and transforming outdated processes into modern, maintainable solutions.Contribute to automation initiatives to minimize manual tasks, reduce operational risk, and ensure consistency across both legacy and new applications.Engage proactively with engineering teams to gather feedback and continuously evolve our platform, tooling, and developer experience. ABOUT YOU:Experience in software engineering, with hands-on exposure to building and supporting production-grade systems.Understanding of Kubernetes and cloud platforms (preferably AWS); comfortable deploying and operating scalable, resilient workloads.Expertise in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
