What Your Day Will Look Like As a Senior C++ Unreal Software Engineer, you’ll be a technical leader, shaping innovative solutions for sports broadcasting that seamlessly blend Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR). You’ll work on everything from addressing critical bugs to architecting and implementing core functionalities, ensuring our Unreal-powered graphics pipeline is robust, scalable, and efficient. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver on ambitious goals. Technical Excellence: Develop and optimise solutions for AR/VR and backend graphics, integrating with in-house art assets while tackling complex challenges with innovative approaches. Code Quality: Drive high standards in testing, peer reviews, and debugging to ensure consistent delivery of top-tier solutions. Team Engagement: Contribute to daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and design reviews to share insights and build consensus.
