About the Role: The Business Analyst, Business Operations will partner closely with an Order Management Business Operations Manager to support and improve quote-to-cash (QTC) systems and processes. This role is heavily focused on user acceptance testing (UAT) for strategic projects, supporting tactical QTC requests, and improving how the team works through better documentation, tooling, and data. You will help write and groom Jira tickets for our internal systems engineering teams and create and refine Enablement documentation for the broader Order Management team. A foundational understanding of SQL or data analytics is highly preferred so you can validate data, support testing, and interpret the impact of changes. What You'll Do: Support QTC projects and
