is part of the CTO Office and works closely with employees and stakeholders across the entire company.
Responsibilities
Own the design, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Torq’s global IT infrastructure, core SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Iru, Terraform), and identity systems. Architect, implement, and maintain MacOS and Windows MDM systems (Jumpcloud / Jamf / Kandji) to enforce strict baseline configurations, automated patching, zero-day mitigation. Proactively identify manual IT processes (such as employee onboarding/offboarding or access management) and hyperautomate them utilizing scripting and API-based integrations.
