– опыт PM от 2 лет в заказной разработке;
– понимание процессов веб- и мобильной разработки;
– Agile / Scrum / Kanban;
– умение вести клиента и команду;
– работа со спринтами, оценкой задач и документацией;
– понимание Frontend / Backend / Mobile стека:;
– React / Next.js / Vue / Flutter / React Native / PHP / Node.js;
– REST API, Figma, базовое понимание Git (PR / issue / milestone).
